SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs may vary by item and will be calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing within 2–3 business days. Please note that since most of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), this processing window includes production time. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout. Estimated delivery is approximately 4–5 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons (holidays, sales events), or other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via major carriers including USPS and other reliable partners. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order type.
NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Below are our standard international shipping rates:
- 🇨🇦 Canada — Standard Shipping from $20.00 USD
- 🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia & New Zealand — Standard Shipping from $20.00 USD
- 🌍 Rest of World — Standard Shipping from $35.00 USD
Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–25 business days depending on your location, in addition to our standard 2–3 business day processing time.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Delayed package: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Msmattybwoy@gmail.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
- Lost package: If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.
RETURNS & REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.
For non-defective items received in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee applies. All returns must be in original packaging and condition and submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. Ms Matty Bwoy reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the 15-day window.
